PROJECT – ACQR 5912573 DBB Whole Room Concept B380, Naval Air Station Whidbey Island, WA

Scope of Work: The work includes rearranging room furniture and equipment for the patching and painting of all walls and ceilings, removing all sheet vinyl and carpet flooring, provide and install new Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT), and all other incidental related work. All concrete and ceramic tile flooring are to remain.

Magnitude of the Construction Contract: $1M-$5M

CLIN 0002 - OPTION 001: WHOLE ROOM CONCEPT REPAIRS B375, NASWI

CLIN 0003 - OPTION 002: WHOLE ROOM CONCEPT REPAIRS B377, NASWI

****Please note: IEP may require payment and performance bonds on technical scopes of work on large dollar value contracts. Bond must be provided on bond forms from IEP. IEP will only pay for the portion of sub-bond cost that does not exceed 2% of the subcontract value. Anything in excess of 2% of the subcontract value will be the responsibility of the subcontractor.
