PROJECT – PTO 13 D/B/B N239 4th Floor Replace/Refurnish Laboratory Infrastructure, Moffett Field, CA
Scope of Work: The work being performed under this project consists of the contractor providing the design and construction of clean room lab facilities on the 4th floor of building N239. These facilities will be constructed as part of the renovation to existing lab, office and storage spaces, inclusive of; storage room 436A electrical room 436, Labs; 432, 432A, 428, 428A, 428B, 424,0433 and offices; 420 & 422. The work will include selective demolition to the existing facilities at the 4th floor, ground level emergency generator facilities.
Base Item 1: Provides for the design and construction of clean room lab facilities on the 4th floor of building N239. Option Item 1: Modular clean room, air shower, all furniture, fixtures, and equipment and supporting infrastructure within the modular clean room
Option Item 2: New 450kW Generator and Load Bank

****Please note: IEP may require payment and performance bonds on technical scopes of work on large dollar value contracts. Bond must be provided on bond forms from IEP. IEP will only pay for the portion of sub-bond cost that does not exceed 2% of the subcontract value. Anything in excess of 2% of the subcontract value will be the responsibility of the subcontractor
