PROJECT – PTO X023 – D/B Renovate BEQ PH1517, NBVC Port Hueneme, CA

Scope of Work: The Government intends to obtain all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and incidental-related work for a design-build construction project to renovate bachelor enlisted quarters (BEQ) PH1517 at Naval Base Ventura County, Port Hueneme, California. The contractor shall provide repairs as required to meet current code, and life safety requirements; reconfiguration of spaces to meet accessibility and operational requirements; modernization of spaces throughout and repair of all building systems.
